Take my word for it...

You're just going to have to trust me. We've had some crazy, fun-filled weeks here. SOOOOO sadly though, I lost most of my pictures. While sitting at yet another soccer game, I accidently erased all my Easter pics and Kiarra's 13th birthday and more rainy/snowy soccer games.

ARRRGGHHH!

I have since come to term with it, but came unglued at the moment. I mean, heck, there were adorable pictures of Max at his preschool easter egg hunt...and all my kids racing around the house looking for eggs Easter afternoon. I had some really fun pictures of the kids in their new Easter Sunday outfits (thanks Grandma Miller)...which we recreated the following Sunday but it just wasn't the same. (Those are posted at the top and on the right of this blog...because I guess it's time to ditch the Christmas photo.)

Kiarra had a great birthday. She got to spend a Saturday at the mall with a friend and chose to have me make an English Pound cake for her birthday cake. Simple request, easy peasy. It's not much different having a true teenager in the house because she's had the attitude to go with it for some time now. But she does look a little more "official" with her new cell phone. We usually only see part of her face because she's been constantly texting from the minute we got it charged. We do enforce a rule that she turns it in to us every night about 9:00 and she's slowly coming to terms with that.

Over the next day or two I'll get some photos up....after all it's May and every other day there's some competition, game, recital, program or concert. Just gotta hang in there for three more weeks.
